In this project the client asked for a design of a commercial building which will be sharing its top floor with residential flat. Since the client requirement was to provide as many shops places possible in floor area, we incorporated natural features in the building. For example, skylights are provided to give the space an open and green environment, skylight has been provided right in the middle of the building. This skylight will be a continuous source of natural light plus will provide courtyard on all floors. Office space is provided on the front side of top floor, separated from the apartment in the corner. This pace has been allotted to office for the ease of access of the users and for the privacy of inhabitants of apartment.
